|

1. Basic downloads :
X11.app: http://www.apple.com
Fink: Fink - Download Quick Start
2. Download the desired application:
for instance Kombilo with a collection of pro games, or Uligo with a collection of problems.
3. Get connected and run FinkCommander:
for Kombilo, you need pmw-py23 and pil-py23 to run it.
So type these items in the field 'Name', select it and click 'Install' in the Binary menu.
Python with many packages will be download and installed in the "sw" folder of your macintosh.
Now you are ready to use it.
Run X11, then type: '<path>/python <path>/kombilo.py' in your Xterm window to run it...
NB: If you forget to type the path before python (usually "/sw/bin/python2.3"), the built-in python version (without Tkinter) will run.
